Sarah Kloewer

Sarah Kloewer is currently pursuing a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing at Iowa State University. She received her Bachelor of Liberal Arts from Iowa State University. She has studied with Mary Foss of the Des Moines Symphony Orchestra, Mary Bircher of the Omaha Symphony Orchestra and Gretchen Brumwell of the Cedar Rapids Symphony. Her additional studies include the Salzedo summer Harp Colony in Camden, Maine under the direction of Alice Chalifoux. Ms. Kloewer has given recitals throughout the Midwest and has been principal harpist with the Heartland Philharmonic in Omaha, the University of Nebraska Wind Symphony in Omaha, and the Iowa State University Orchestra. She has also played with the Central Iowa Symphony.
