"In-Coming" is the story of a woman who tries to extricate herself from a state of paralytic grief after the death of her infant daughter. In desperation, she latches onto the idea of innoculating herself against tragedy, by being seemingly impervious to the tragedies of others. She volunteers at various jobs in a hospital as part of this self-imposed behavioral vaccine.
