MFA Program in Creative Writing and Environment Praised in The Huffington Post

"What's not to like about Iowa State?" Seth Abramson asks in his article, "The Top 25 Underrated MFA Creative Writing Programs."

Iowa State University's MFA Program in Creative Writing and Environment was recently featured in an article by Seth Abramson in The Hufftington Post.  The article, "The Top 25 Underrated MFA Creative Writing Programs," draws attention to several stellar programs that are on the rise in the world of creative writing programs. 

Abramson points out that ISU's program is located in Ames, Iowa, one of AIER's top 5 college towns, and that the program distinguishes itself by featuring interdisciplinary coursework, one-on-one mentoring with a major professor, and a unique focus in environmental writing.
