Nate Pillman Receives Thomas Morton Memorial Prize in Literary Excellence

Nate Pillman's short story, "Kyle's Place," has been selected for The Puritan Magazine's Thomas Morton Memorial Prize in Literary Excellence.

 

Congratulations to Nate Pillman, whose short story, "Kyle's Place," has been selected by the editors of The Puritan: Frontiers of New English for the Thomas Morton Memorial Prize in Literary Excellence.  The award includes publication and an honorarium.   The Puritan is an online, quarterly publication based in Toronto and committed to publishing the best in new fiction, non-fiction, poetry, interviews, and reviews.

 

Nate Pillman is a third-year writer in the MFA Program in Creative Writing and Environment.  He teaches on the Speech Communication team at Iowa State University.
