The English Education faculty administers the English Education emphasis within the English major.
The English Education faculty administers the English Education emphasis within the English major. Courses in young adult literature and the theory and practice of teaching writing and literature in secondary schools are taught by these faculty members, who also observe English majors student teaching in the schools and coordinate the interaction between our program and the College of Education. These faculty members also participate in the Literature Area Group of the English Department.
