Brochure Sample

This sample brochure was produced in part as a final project for Engl 442X ("Production Processes for Technical Documents") in Fall 2006 by Thomas Drake ('07) and was revisited as an actual project with the Classical Studies Program the following spring. The brochure is currently being used as part of a set of promotional materials for the Program. The software used includes Adobe InDesign CS2 and Adobe Photoshop CS2.

Instructions Sample

An example of an instructional guide. This piece was created by Thomas Drake ('07) as an assignment in Engl 507 ("Writing and Analyzing Professional Documents") in Fall 2006. It describes the process of creating an online portfolio using Macromedia Dreamweaver 8. The software used also includes Adobe Photoshop CS2 and Adobe InDesign CS2.

Poster Sample

This sample poster was produced for an assignment in Engl 442X ("Production Processes for Technical Documents") in Fall 2006 by Thomas Drake ('07). It was reused at the request of the Department of English to be displayed as part of the Dean's Lecture Series. The software used includes Adobe InDesign CS2 and Adobe Illustrator CS2.

This sample Flash video was produced in part as a final project for Engl 449 ("Multimedia Design in Professional Communication") in Spring 2008 by Hailey Bretz ('08). The software used includes Final Cut Pro and Adobe Flash CS3.
