This downloadable Excel spreadsheet generates a timeline for graduation paperwork in the final semester of coursework. By entering into variable spreadsheet cells (pink cells) your planned exam date and the published Graduate College deadlines for the semester in which you plan to graduate, you will generate a list of other deadlines contingent on these major ones.

You must submit this completed form to the Graduate Secretary (hard copy or via email to englgrad@iastate.edu) before the Director of Graduate Education (DOGE) will sign your Graduate Student Approval Slip for Graduation.
