Professor Emeritus Wins Distinguished Achievement Award

Professor Emeritus Dan Douglas was awarded the Cambridge English Language Assessment/International Language Testing Association (ILTA) 2019 Distinguished Achievement Award.

Since his retirement in 2009, Dan continues to be active and among other work, conducts research on the assessment of language ability in specific academic and professional contexts, the effect of context on second language acquisition and use, language for specific purposes and assessing language through computer technology.
