Agata Guskaroska wins two awards

Agata Guskaroska, Ph.D. Student in Applied Linguistics & Technology, has won two grants.

This May, she won the International Student Grant (Delta Kappa Gamma Society International) to aid outstanding international women with excellent scholarship who plan to return to their homeland and work in some field of education. This grant is given by Upsilon State Organization of Delta Kappa Gamma Society International, an international society of key women educators.

In March, she won the Iowa State University Women’s Club Award, given by ISUWC. This award recognizes the academic, personal, and community accomplishments of an ISU woman student who demonstrates qualities of leadership and character that contribute to university and/or community life and further international understanding and friendship.
