Congratulations, Iowa State University 25 Year Club Members!

CATEGORIES: Department News

The 25 Year Club honors loyal Iowa State University faculty and staff for their continuous service of 25, 35, 45 or 50 years.

This year Christiana Langenberg (35 years), Donna Niday (25 years), and Deanna Stumbo (35 years) were recognized for their contributions to the Department of English.  Looking back on their time with Iowa State, Deanna was proud to have worked for ISU for 35 years.  Donna described the accomplishment that made her most proud: “Helping to launch the ISUComm program, which affects nearly every student on campus, was a big milestone. Seeing such a high percentage of our English Education students obtain teaching jobs is personally rewarding.”

To be eligible for 25 Year Club membership, active faculty, staff, and extension personnel must have completed at least 25 years of continuous service by December 31 of the given year. Each year, the Office of University Human Resources, reviews their records to identify faculty and staff who have crossed the significant milestones in terms of  years of service to Iowa State University.

Congratulations and thank you for all that you have done for the department.
