Ali is an international MA student in the TESL/AL program. He is the recipient of the Freda Huncke Endowment Graduate Teaching Fellowship. He received his Bachelor’s degree in English Language Translation from Tabriz Azad University. Passionate about the world of languages, Ali seeks to explore the cultural and connective power of language that brings people together from diverse backgrounds. With eight years of experience teaching English to EFL learners, he finds immense joy and fulfillment in the transformative power of education.
Ali advocates for the use of technology to enhance language learning and testing, integrating established core principles in Second Language Acquisition (SLA) to support learners on their linguistic journeys. His research interests include Language Assessment, Second Language Acquisition, L2 Writing, and the application of Artificial Intelligence in language teaching and assessment.
