Bio
Madison is a PhD student in Rhetoric and Professional Communication at Iowa State University and a Graduate Teaching Assistant. She received a Master of Arts in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Truman State University. Before coming to Iowa State University, she interned in the U.S. House of Representatives and worked as a Graduate Assistant in the Sociology Department at The George Washington University. Her research is focused on the communication styles of women in United States politics and the intersection of political and religious communication.
