Bio
Eric J. York (Iowa State University, 2015), studies applied rhetoric and rhetoric of technology (especially emerging technologies like artificial intelligence and extended reality), as well as user experience design and web development. He’s a practicing full stack developer and he teaches courses in technical communication, user experience design, and rhetoric of science and technology. His work has been published in the Journal of Business and Technical Communication, Computers and Composition, Kairos, Communication Design Quarterly, and elsewhere, and he’s received funding awards from the National Endowment for the Humanities and the National Institutes of Health.
