Bio
Saime Esma Masca is an MA student in the TESL/Applied Linguistics program. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language Teaching from Middle East Technical University, Turkey. In the 2022–2023 academic year, she worked as an English instructor at the English Preparatory School of Çankaya University in Turkey, where she taught intermediate and advanced-level students. Following that, she was appointed as a Foreign Language Teaching Assistant through the Fulbright Program, teaching Turkish language and culture at the University of Oregon. She has also presented at esteemed conferences such as AAAL. Her primary research interests include the integration of technology in language education and second language acquisition.
