Bio
Gessica Fabrin is a first-year M.A. student in TESL/Applied Linguistics at Iowa State University. She holds a B.A. in Portuguese and English Language and Literature from Brazil. Gessica has extensive experience as an English teacher, having worked in public and private education settings where she developed a passion for language pedagogy and student engagement. Her research interests include technology-enhanced language learning (TELL), second language acquisition, and teacher education. At ISU, she looks forward to exploring the intersection of linguistics and instructional technology to improve language learning outcomes for diverse populations.
