Bio
Gus is a semi-proud New Mexico native. Prior to his arrival at Iowa State, he completed a BA in Philosophy from New Mexico State University and an MA in Philosophy from Oklahoma State University. While at OSU, he enjoyed working with students as teaching assistant for the Philosophy Department. This being so, he looks forward to working as a TA in ISU’s English Department. He enjoys reading David Foster Wallace’s books, and reading (purely for fun) Star Wars novels. Academically, his interests lie within film studies and aesthetics.
