“Lio Sinko is a Master’s student in the English program with a specialization in literature, as well as a graduate teaching assistant. They graduated Magna Cum Laude from Iowa State with a B.A. in English and a minor in Chinese Studies in the spring of 2025.
Lio’s interests include the study of queer representation in literature and film and its impact, as well as political and literary rhetoric. When not on campus, Lio can often be found curled up with his cat, a mug of coffee, and a good book.”
