Bio
Bolatito is a PhD student in Rhetoric and Professional Communication at Iowa State University and a Graduate Teaching Assistant. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from Abraham Adesanya Polytechnic in Nigeria, where she graduated as the best student in her class. Her research interest lie at the intersection of rhetoric, technology and organizational communication, with a focus on exploring the dynamics of interpersonal and workplace communication in the digital age. She aims to contribute to a deeper understanding of effective communication practices, with focus on fostering more inclusive and equitable communication environments within the workplace.
