Bio
Bolatito is a PhD student in Rhetoric and Professional Communication at Iowa State University and a Graduate Teaching Assistant. She recently received her M.A. in Rhetoric, Composition, and Professional Communication from Iowa State University, where her research examined socialization experiences and entry challenges for international employees working in the U.S. workplaces.
Her research interests center on organizational communication, especially how communication practices shape workplace culture and inclusivity. She explores interpersonal dynamics in professional environments to understand how communication can support smoother transitions for new employees and promote more equitable and supportive organizational cultures.
Bolatito earned her B.A. in Mass Communication from Abraham Adesanya Polytechnic in Nigeria, graduating as the top student in her institution. She is a recipient of the GPSS 2025 Wakonse Fellowship and serves as Secretary for the Organizational and Professional Communication Division in the Central State Communication Association (CSCA).
