Reza Neiriz is a PhD student in Applied Linguistics and Technology at Iowa State University. He holds a BA in English Language and Literature from Urmia State University, and an MA in English Language Teaching from Middle East Technical University, Northern Cyprus Campus. He is interested in Computerized and Computer-Mediated Language Teaching, and he has developed and researched a computer-mediated academic speaking test. He is also interested in web application development through Asp.Net, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL Server technologies, and has used these technologies to develop language assessment solutions. He has presented at BUSEL and IATEFL conferences about computer-mediated academic productive skills tests. He has also worked as an academic English instructor and course material development and material assessment coordinator at Middle East Technical University, Northern Cyprus Campus.
